Recruitment & Employment Services Lead
Andrew is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience. He joined ECO Canada as a Recruiter in fall 2022, bringing a background in the post-secondary sector.
Andrew is passionate about recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce development, delivering practical solutions to support talent growth across the environmental sector.

Michael Chiasson
Founder: Access52, Speaker & Communicator
Michael is a speaker, musician, TV host, and writer who has inspired audiences across Canada for over 20 years. As founder of Access52 and The Chiasson Group, he helps individuals and teams clarify their purpose, develop confidence, and lead with impact. With energy and authenticity, Michael challenges people to make meaningful choices and connect deeply with their work and community.

Katy Nedeljakova
Research Analyst
Katy leads labour market research projects at ECO Canada, focusing on workforce trends, policy, and environmental employment. She holds a Master’s in Environmental Policy and a BSc in Plant Biology, and has worked on research in both academic and non-profit sectors. Her expertise spans climate policy, marine governance, and sustainability education. Katy blends data analysis with systems thinking to deliver actionable insights for the environmental sector.

Helen Crawley
Team Lead, Certification
Helen has supported ECO Canada’s Environmental Professional (EP®) membership for five years. Known for her warmth and attention to detail, she leads certification services with a concierge-level experience. With a background in pastoral care and international education, Helen brings exceptional people skills and deep compassion to her role. She has mentored youth, supported women in vulnerable situations, and leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets.

Coleen Mahoney
Certification Coordinator
Coleen joined ECO Canada in 2022 and helps guide applicants through the EP® certification process. With a background in environmental science and horticulture, she brings both technical knowledge and a strong customer-service approach to her work. As a certified EPt working toward her full EP® designation, Coleen supports environmental professionals on their journey to recognition in the field.

Beth Burrows
Founder, Writing Well Technical Communications | P.Eng.
Beth is a Professional Engineer and technical communicator with over 30 years of experience in environmental consulting and engineering. She helps scientists and engineers simplify complex information and create documents readers can understand. As the expert behind ECO Canada’s Technical Writing Essentials course, Beth combines engineering insight with a passion for clear communication. She holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier and a Technical Communication Certificate from Simon Fraser.
